“This is by far the nicest hotel in Syracuse."

"Moving our daughter to Syracuse University we desired to be as close to the university as possible to avoid unnecessary travel time in order to spend the most time possible at the university and moving her in. Syracuse Sheraton was A+.  We were within 1/2 mile from her apartment and conveniently located on the campus of SU. The accommodations were also A+. When we requested additional towels they arrived within 15 minutes. The rollaway we requested was a true twin bed, not some fold up flimsy mattress. I can't say enough good about this hotel. Thank you for making our trip to Syracuse a very pleasant one. The restaurant gets an A+ also! Great job."

"The beds were unbelievably comfortable (my daughter did NOT want to get up), the sheets and duvets were EXCEPTIONAL (and I am from Austria, where nice beds were invented!) I ordered a room service dinner and both the service as well as the quality were fantastic! The desk staff was so polite and helpful, especially with maps and directions! "

I also loved that the bed was so comfy that when I went home after my stay, I went right out and bought new pillows and sheets to try to recreate the great night sleep I had! "The staff was very polite.  The van driver was very helpful, friendly and polite.  The room was excellent, clean and well equipped.  The lobby was classy and roomy.  There was free wireless internet which worked well.  The hotel bar was nice and the bartender was friendly.  The staff at the wedding reception in the ballroom was excellent.  Our waiter was probably the best I've ever had at a reception event."
